If PEO's dismal result was partly because of Telstra killing PEO’s gross margins as Grovulent has suggested (not withstanding a director of PEO sneeringly referring to such a suggestion as a conspiracy theory when the idea was once put forward) surely Telstra being forced by the ACC to lower the wholesale price of using its copper lines will help PEO? Hopefully the new CEO knows how to constrain costs and not blow any extra revenue.
