    I entered GMM september last year and accumulated stock til December for 3 main reasons :
    1. Lithium Boom underway
    2. Massive upside via Mt Cattlin near term production & potential resource upgrade &
    3. Mr. Michael Fotios

    Via the merge i still retain my exposure to the above catalysts to future earnings growth PLUS now i gain exposure to SDV and GXY new management

    Voting yes in my opinion is a must. Remember Fotios has significant (10%) skin in this game. Who am i to go against him ?
