It was verified that they could very well put in an expression of interest yes.. and the article was simply quoting that SMM had too many tenements.. the point here is that there is no indication anywhere from SMM or the SL gov that they HAVE given up a tenement.. it would need to be done in order for them to apply.. yet it has not been announced anywhere..????
