The earth is now a global village and will be even more so in the future. What is the right or wrong way to raise funds is not the equation. As an investor in small caps the decision firstly, relates to whether you back the technology and the management. Funds and revenue will fall in place if the concept succeeds. If you can handle that risk element, you buy - the decisions you make with your stock from that point will be determined by you ability to manage risk. Security is a word that does not exist when it comes to investing. Its the investor using their own skills and decision making then taking total responsibility for all that goes with the territory.
Whether you make money or lose it is ultimately your own responsibility.
I have taken a position with SAS.
Cheers and good luck.
