    Who knows...possibly.
    Will they apply for a PL?
    Possibly but they wont get it because of the 3 tenement rule.
    Will they get rid of one other tenement that is worth less than kolosori tenement to get around this rule?
    Unlikely because our ex tenement is worthless and unviable.
