From what I can see Singapore have one director on the Virgin board - Marvin & Etihad has one - Matheu on a board of 9 so even if they voted against this (Singapore and Etihad) that still would have been 7/2.. & if AIZ still had its board member then that still would have only have been 6/3 - no wander AIZ wanted Borghetti gone.. even if you take the chair vote out with AIZ still on the board it would have been something like 5/3 which makes sense for how AIZ never got its own way with Borghetti...
Interesting times - I wander if AIZ will just cop the loss as bad as that is and move on or will they now stay on board and put another board member up?
