after seeing what has taken place at STA and RER, investors now have to consider a new risk of directors doing deals to butcher capital structures.
After said deal is done Tembo will own about half the company because I doubt many will take up the rights issue
So why not just finish it now and let Tembo take the whole company for 1 cent.
In a previous post I asked if anyone had researched Tembo's history. I had done a brief search and did not like what I found!
Enjoy the new capital structure of 2.5 billion shares plus 700 million options.
