KM need to be careful here.
On the one hand they applied to the courts for an extension to the second creditors meeting till march next year because of the complicated nature of the business and time needed to work it out
On the other hand they are saying it will be sold , done and dusted by the end of the year.
They may have exposed themselves by these actions.
