It's a mixed announcement overall. In the short term market will probably dislike that Clay is gone as it could be interpreted as if he doesn't believe in the product or that it's no good. In the long run at a glance they appear to have brought some quality people on board to push forward to commercialisation. As always with ZYB it feels a bit of a step forward and step back and of course the lack of overall time line info will continue to drag on the share price until suddenly things happen that excite the market.
