The Bergen deal coincided with Simon joining the Company as an advisor.

Other highlights of his tenure:

1. Sold Raffles, Hudson's, Dawkins and Meers shares in Mount Adrah to SOC at a valuation of $10m without an independent valuation.

2. Sold SOCs shares in PMR (now FCG) to Hudson Corporate for 20c when they were trading at 31c.

3. Sold 2 board seats to GTT.

4. Promised a JV for Mount Adrah which didn't happen.

5. Promised a fully funded drilling campaign for 2015 which didn't occur.

6. Appointed Patrick to the Board after he sold 8% of the Company on market without giving substantial holder notices.

7. Exited the Company leaving the Board consisting of three directors of GTT.


I think we are better off without his help.
