THe only people rubbing their hands for Mel to be wound up are those who picked up Mel at 2 cents. The rest of the shareholders are left in financial ruins.

I blame Mel management for encouraging the yes vote. Both State Labor and LNP kept shifting the goal posts making it impossible to do business. Then the Greens/LTG successful scaremongering campaign was the final blow.

If anything PH was too nice a bloke and this backfired. He did not want to cause any waves. He personally called me when I was a shareholder and even replied to my emails out of office hours.

Remember Mel had all approvals to drill the Rosella well. The LNP did not want Mel in the NR when the voters voted against the LNP. This whole sad saga, the end of Mel was purely political nothing else. A total disgrace. Dont know how these people who are supposed to represent all of us, can sleep at night.

I am sure that the people who voted yes wanted Mel to move on but definitely not to be wound up.
