Good luck to the good holders though. But people that say I prefer it lower and 8c us better than 10c simply can't count and you must support your portfolio or it won't support you.
And ramping is when false statements are used to move a stock up.... That is its not based on facts. Not promoting.
There is a lot more downramping or spreading false information on this board that HC needs to address IMHO.
