No arguments and a thumbs up from me, there are exceptions to the rule when knife catching. Problem is you'll potentially die of a thousand cuts before finding that exception. Buying continually on the way down is usually the best way to lose your shirt the quickest way. Of course if you are just buying what you can afford to lose as a gamble then that's fine. It sounds like some are heavily invested in this though.
