I am seriously neutral on this prospectus.
1. MF said they were already profitable in a previous interview, I just don't see ASIC telling them to not include the most relevant commercial information in there. What are those 50 or so staff doing? Surely there has to be some revenue to show for it
2. There are references to contractual arrangements with practices, so why not allow us to see some of those numbers
3. I thought the CR had strong interest, so unless I am a complete mo...ron (completely likely), this seems to be open to all and not underwritten which is just strange.

Anyway TheArchitect and Glyco you are usually more positive than I am, what's your perspective?
