I have no doubt that after a period of consolidation and organic growth they will acquire more centres. I think they are just trying to distance themselves further from the madness of the ABC Learning experience. Seems like a sound plan to grow organically, demonstrate that they care about what they are doing and who they care for, and, in due course, when the time and circumstances are right, acquire more centres. They do all that and the SP will take care of itself, in my opinion.
