*high pathetically how it will be done in corrupt country*, "you are my friend ,I pay you consultancy fee. you buy shares on the market , we scratch each other back, share price goes up, we become majority SH", but only problem can be if homework is not done well. Fortunately we do live in not corrupt one so that would be impossible to happen here..IMO 500k is just pushed wrong button on the calculator.
