That has already been stated.
But what SEN say and what they do are two different thing and how they do things is different again.
SEN don't tell us anything so given their history and poor performance and poor management lets not assume that they will make a good deal
I only hope that they get it wrong and it does turn out to be a good deal and I can recover some money.
