Ann: CVCheck announces Capital Raising-CV1.AX, page-14

The market will price a stock at a high valuation if it is confident that the earnings will indeed come at some stage. With CV1 the jury is still out hence it's speculative. I'd really like to know the real reason why the Triple C boss resigned from the CV1 board and why the company waited for the share price to hit an all time low before raising capital. It doesn't exactly inspire confidence that they know how to build a strong share register. The first priority is to build the business but building a strong share register is almost as important. I take Canaccord's research with a grain of salt given they have a business relationship with CV1. They are hardly impartial IMO.
