Crowd Mobile (the Q&A segment) was not founded by Dom. My understanding is that he was an investor in the business when running his VC/tech start up fund, eventually buying it completely. Of all the business that he invested in, this was the one he felt was the most promising to take public, particularly due to the micro job network/platform that had and was being developed.

I agree with gassed, you cannot compare Destra with Crowd just yet. If Dom starts going on an acquisition spree as it stands then i would be concerned. However no doubt that the Destra past will have a lot of investors in the 'prove it first' camp rather than the 'i trust you will do it' camp.

As far as I'm concerned, management are focusing on what they said they would at the last AGM.
Integrate track (this is still WIP and jury is still out how well it is being executed)
Manage working capital and immediate short term commitments (vendor earn outs) in FY16
Expand regions
Increase products

A lot of people are waiting on proof of stabilization and improvement of track earnings as well as eventual balance sheet improvement. Debt re-negotiation will be a start. I guess it all depends how far up or down the risk curve you are.

The next 6 months will be interesting though that's for sure.
