I totally agree. Teva is bedded down with CHF, and they might be having regrets at letting the other applications get away from them.
The fact that the Celgene option lapsed but the parties remained engaged is food for thought...did Teva make a bid for some applications and drive the prices up?
Did the FDA fast track the CHF and require some last minute adjustments to the schedules and pricing? What about remuneration from hospitals and health funds?
What about fast tracking of aGVHD in the US...on the basis of the approvals in Japan and the ethics involved. More recalculations involved.
What a lovely prospect!
