DAVID BERRIE TAKES ON EXECUTIVE BOARD POSITION

Summit Resources Limited has pleasure in announcing the appointment of David Berrie as Executive Director Corporate.

David's appointment to the board, and his executive role within Summit, will bring a wealth of industry legal and commercial experience to Summit as the company advances its exploration and development interests, moves toward completing a definitive bankable feasibility study on its Mount Isa uranium project leading to the start up of mining, treatment and yellowcake production.

His previous position was Acting Legal Manager BHP Billiton, Western Australia. He has spent over 18 years with WMC, and subsequently BHP Billiton following its takeover of the company in 2005, in senior corporate, legal and commercial roles within their exploration, mining and project development groups. Prior to this David was with the law firm Robinson Cox.

David holds Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Jurisprudence degrees from UWA.

David commences with Summit in mid October and will then be formally appointed to the board.
