Yeah mate, I remember DKO and Asgard very clearly (I still hold my free carry and a top up on the low). In hindsight DKO should have requested a voluntary escrow period on Asgard.
I wouldn't be too concerned here with AGY. Due diligence will be positively completed and AGY will have a major project to work on over the next 12 months.
As long as Jerko and Ranko Matic the chairman does not swamp the market and sell then it is all good. Their skin on AGY is by far the largest.
