I completely agree on the sentiment of focusing on improving quality. This leads to happier kids, happier staff, happier parents, increased occupancy levels and a more solid business. However, my concern is that if they abandon their growth-by-acquisition strategy to focus on 'quality', will they be able to maintain the same growth % through 'quality improvements', and if not, will they be re-rated to trade closer to a PE of a company with slow(er) growth (compared to previous). I'd rather they continue to acquire/grow (if opportunity is there) WHILE improving quality - not one or the other..
