I also concerned about, which way to go and not sure if I am right, but I have decided to take the gamble and take up more than I first thought.
This is because there is no viable market for the rights. May be better to buy the share and sell later if you can't sell the rights today.
I suspect the market prior to the issue was weakened by the prospect of a rights issue. When that issue is behind us maybe the share price will respond positively.
The bulk of the rights will be taken up by WHSP and I can't imagine them selling out anytime soon. This should give some stability to the share price. Also those existing shareholders who have bought at 2 cents will also not be in any hurry to sell for a price less than 2 cents.
These are my thoughts, but do your own research as my record is not that great.
