Of course it is all fine as far as you are concerned.
The big boys want you to feel like it is just business as normal. All the media hype and news coverage just reinforces that everything is fine and dandy and its just another day on the markets.
But the powers that be behind the scenes use this type of event, where loads of volume is obviously changing hands to easily move their shares through a market which is now primed with a huge spike in liquidity and investor interest.
Whether they really were happy to takeover the company at $5.30, or whether they created this type of news event to turn a quick profit on a large amount of shares which they were holding no one but the 'insiders' will know for sure.
But like I said..... NOTHING IS AS IT SEEMS.
You would have to be an absolute rookie if you ever trusted what came out of the words of any private equity group or investment bank for that matter. This game is all about ripping off as many people as you can to fill your own pockets up with ill-gotten gains. This is how Wall Street works, this is how financial markets work LOL.
Didn't private equity ramp up all the sales and profit figures of Dick Smith the year before they marketed and sold it off to the public. Look where that ended up. LOL. Lets over-inflate the price as much as possible and sell it to a dumb and clueless public and let's make stacks and stacks of cash for ourselves, all while ripping off poor little Tom, Dick, and Harry.
There's many of these cases week in and week out in the marketplace.
These are simple pump and dump type events the big side of town use to pick up some quick profits or move some stock around.
The big boys need to engineer events just like this one. It's what they do. But because retailers and most market participants are absolutely DUMB and CLUELESS to what is really going on, nothing more is ever mentioned.
People use HotCopper to ramp up 1 cent and 2 cent stocks. Big boys with real cash use takeover attempts and other types of scenarios (whether legit or not) to ramp up their stock holdings.
You want to learn what the professionals do...... take a situation or financial market event and reverse engineer the entire situation.
But yeah like I said in the last post, nothing to look at here ASIC. Keep moving. Just another fair and orderly day of trading with the utmost integrity and transparency displayed.
Chuckle, chuckle, chuckle.
