I'm so glad you highlight one of the better scenarios Nitrox. I so sick of hearing words surrounding high returns imminent after the long wait. I'd rather you told them they have NFI.
To flesh it out they will be asked to contribute capital to the build that will be leveraged and may get a very nasty interval in the interim. Some of the ra- ra group will fall aside under the pressure too. Old dogs for a hard road.
