Taken longer than some expect, however, there are many deals competing for capital and the appetite for new tech deals has tightened considerably over the last couple of months. Expect this latest extension is just to tick the boxes with ASX on spread, cash /applications reconciliation etc.
With some big wins already announced since the prospectus released eg PWC, NAB, NCI,,and more in the pipeline this thing has huge potential..
