They don't make them...they just happen in their natural due course. As far as Jerko being a director of DAF goes, that's true but he would be considered to have a significant conflict of interest by the remaining DAF directors and hence be omitted from any decision making in relation to AGY. So what DAF does with their stock would have nothing to do with Jerko.
