    so to sum up,

    Anyone buying KDR today, and i mean the whole company, could float off the lithium, and then spin off the gold.

    One or the other is free.

    Like a discovered attack in chess.
    $0 for the lithium or $0 for the gold.

    Now of course there is risk, but, i am in and not going anywhere.
