I am sure you are being genuine enough, you put up the link with the date clear, I did not notice it at first that’s all, my error, you ask a question about that article and that’s all fine, but: -

I have zero interest in who or what AVB was 5 years ago, I don’t care what Colin Jones or Mathew Woods was saying or even TP nor anyone else for that matter not even AC who likes to revisit memory lane every five minutes, with 4, 6 & 8 years his favorite memory jaunts. I don’t give a flying fig, I first dipped my toe seriously in late 13 and have said I was perhaps 18 months too soon, cannot ever be sure though! Because on what I could have bought it may have saved me cash J

I only care about my investment in 24.9 months from now and what initial investment cost was and what carry costs I see for the period, if I am all OK with that, then I just sit on my hands.
