From the brief it says that however, when you check the Nevada BLM (the diggings.com) they cannot be found.
Nevlith Pty Ltd is not the registered owner of any claims in Nevada therefore, cannot sell same.
Mate, I could tell you that there are a number of companies doing the USA/ Canada lithium trick.
ASIC is following them all! ( I could put the complaint number if required)
