It depends how you coin "finance approved"

Its very possible that a range of outcomes could come before month end.

IN my view, which is simply an opinion, the bank will choose to lend to this project or not. The guarantee simply reduces risk and will be reflected in the funding cost (amongst other terms).

What I think will happen is the banks will approve finance, however various terms (including servicing costs (interest), amortisation etc.) will be dependent on a UFK guarantee.

If you mean "finance approved" as in fully completed with government loan guarantee then it will definitely not be completed by month end. Probably more like end August/ September.
