re: 182 buyers at 25 It is a World export market, not a US one. Housing is not crashing in the US. It never will. Look what people were saying about Aus housing in 2003 - 2005.... massive crash immenent, etc. etc. Not going to happen. People will always need somewhere to live. People wont panic sell their houses because they've devalued slighly after rising 500% in the last 10 years.
