In saying that Smac and Jase, RB aren't going to lodge a trademark before they have the technology stitched up. Do you think they would be worried about another competitor taking the same term suddenly so they lodge a trademark before they own the tech just in case? And why would a cloth product refer to ''gel'' in the term?
I am a firm believer in this company but I think these OBJ threads get a little too carried away with optimistic dot joining at times.
