If Triton owns 80% of Grafex then why don't they call a special meeting and use their 80% voting power to have graphex simply gift Triton 100% ownership of Grafex. They have the votes against only 20% opposition - crushing defeat for Grafex and Triton are back in the game. Oh and while we are at it make all outstanding debts CGT ect. the liability of directors of Grafex.
Then Jail all that had a shady hand in Tritons fall from grace!
