It doesn't mean they don't have a working product available that they can film from. The tests are extra safety measures. As for the product not being on shelves, my impression is that after the video/dealer's launch, there's still a lot of marketing work that needs to be done before it's officially released to the consumers. Long process ahead. If anyone is expecting solid sales figures in July, it's not going to happen.
