My view is NXT has simply been re-rated by the market, following the 22x EBITDA $1bn sale of Canberra Data Cantre and a broader appreciation that the business model is sound.
If liquidity holds up, it's almost certain that NXT will be formally included in AsX200 Index, come 30 June which will in turn promote further buying by Index Funds
