I agree with tbecker, profit may downgrade to 3M to 4M range, but if it is true, enough to stop dropping. 2M profit means 5C EPS. 50C is 10X PE. 3M profit means 7.5 EPS, 75C is 10X PE.
The reason for downgrade as i said before, timing of shearer. 3.5M profit down for each 30 days delay. It seems Shearer can only compete one shipment before 30 June. Shearer is still loading in brazil but good new is weather will be good in coming days.
