1 analyst rates this as a buy with a price target of 0.13 in 12 months. New COO on the ground, is this the norm? or is it because they see something good, hence "operational and funding matters"? It looks like 0.013 is the key number here with support and resistance over the last 3 months. If good news comes it may be the boost needed. My opinion only. DYOR
