.......... buyers sophs/insto normally set around a 15 - 20% target for their cash ..... the upcoming anns are the carrots dangled infront of them to convince them the 20% is in the bag (hopefully) ... You raise after you release results and the carrots are gone you have nothing to offer the buyers that will give them the level of certainty they need.
