We were buying land rights before. This sounds like a company with land assets. I hope we get 30 days of DD to check them out. Maybe that's what they have been doing?

Does Ekeko S.A. have other assets. Mining rights? If it is them...I guess we are buying the plant too? That makes sense.
If I'm Ekeko I wouldn't sell my best assets upfront...I'd hold back. It could be better land and a lot more of it. A all script deal would be great if that means Dr.Sorentino becomes a major shareholder of AGY.
