Price of milk affects input costs and marginal customer buys.
I think you miss the point that if a customer is buying A2, they are not buying on price, (i.e. they are NOT value shoppers), they are buying it because they want that brand (i.e. brand loyal shoppers).
Brand loyal shoppers will pay a premium to get their brand so the effects of generic milk price will only affect those shoppers at the margin, i.e. Those that waiver between value and brand but don't have the 'need' for A2.
