Although Intel verification is required, my take is that the language used - particularly in the last paragraph - is deliberate. That is, in looking beyond verification to the commercial negotiations and roll out. I would think that the feedback they have had so far leads them to assume this progression. Hence, they are 'excited'. It is a deliberate clue, IMO!
