Newbie,
I don't pay attention to someone else's opinion on what is and what is not price sensitive. I read each announcement and form a judgement on the content on its own merits and in aggregate to previous announcements.
A brick might mean nothing or it might mean something, but ultimately we will get a wall or even a majestic castle.
