Thanks giddiyup - I just want Ash to clarify the language because it's not, imo, clear enough. Hopefully he'll do that later today. Simply want to know if the binding contract for construction will cover BOTH pilot and commercial wrt to legal, commercial and other capital arrangements going forward, or just pilot. The other related point I made referred to the validation of capital estimates following completion of pilot plant activity. Taking this into account, my hunch is that the binding construction contract will be for pilot only and that following this activity, and the validation of capital estimates, all going well, a commercial expansion of the pilot operation will commence. But that's at least two years away to getting hard numbers on commercial scale operations including equity and revenue details etc.
