nicholas, I do agree. PLS has been personally good for me too. I got in low so I do have a soft spot for the whole area. I also hope we can get a good deal.
imo it has to be a takeover which is why no BOA's yet. Keep it clean for the new owners.
How do we get the best deal. Good negotiators. Do I think they have that. Not really...
I look at the track record where negotiations were involved and just don't see it.
All we can do is hope for the best. Whenever that is people will say it's great and pat management on the back. Never as great as it could have been is my best guess.
I guess $1.20 to $1.35 in Q4 so let's see what happens.
