- Sale of New Zealand portfolio (SCP)
- For FY 2016, epu guidance of 13.6 cents per unit and dpu guidance of 12.2 cents per unit is re-affirmed
- In relation to FY 2017, SCP expects epu and dpu to be at least in line with FY 2016
