@MJB58 ~ a few random thoughts.
a) I think it might be reasonable for KNL to request a trading halt, and release the announcement on Tuesday.
b) Would Frankfurt holders be disadvantaged if the announcement is released when our exchange is open and theirs is not?
c) Have I read somewhere that there are two separate pools of shares in Sydney and Frankfurt with about 15% of the register held in Frankfurt?
