any action about defamation would 99% certainly prompt a class action response.

though i dont think people should shoot off so wildly about things they arent generally highly knowledgeable about. some of the posters are just really ranting out of their own self interest

that doesnt rise to the standard of determining whether actions are defensible and judicious or not

but its is certainly one of the worst backdoor listing debacles i can recall ever occuring on the ASX.

and with misrepresentation already established by the ASX - its ill considered for VNX to do anything other than just be quiet and get on with the job of rectifying the mess they have made.

but there really should not be any comment about people still working inside the company.
