Completely untrue. The law/ASX rules make no distinction between good news and bad news - what matters is simply whether the news is material or not. When the stock is trading, suppressing good news could just as easily be used to gain an unfair advantage as suppressing bad news. However, none of this matters while the stock is suspended - that's the whole point of the suspension.
